some of our key policy points
24 Hour Recall
Service
We aim to return all phone calls, emails, and
mail within 24 hours of receipt. Business these
days moves fast, we understand you are busy people,
we are too.
30 Day Terms.
30 day terms are available on all invoices, we
are also happy to set up BACS transfers, or
direct payment.
Full Backup Service
All candidates are informed that if they have
any issues in practising what they have learnt
during or after their course, and for the lifetime
of their certification, they may contact us
and will be put in touch with a qualified counsellor.
Casualties
- Why we use them.
People remember experiences they have had better
that what they have heard. Practice on a real
person is invaluable in getting a real sense
of what is needed in an emergency situation.
It also produces a suitable mental impression
that you are treating a person, not an injury!
Certificate
dispatch upon receipt.
Although candidates are qualified from the successful
completion of their course, we understand certificates
are also important, and thus endeavour to provide
them as soon as possible.
Computer
Tracking Service.
All successful candidates trained by us will
receive notification of upcoming certification
expiry, and offer of placement on future training
courses.
Quality Assessment
You as the customer are purchasing a quality
product. This is important to us, and we only
qualify people who are up to our exacting standards,
to ensure you get what you need when it matters.
We operate a system where you pay to be trained
to a selected level, and endeavour to do so.
If a candidate is unsuccessful in attaining the
required level on their course, they will NOT
be deemed competent, but invited back for additional
training and a reassessment at no extra cost.
