HOW many times have you gone along to a training course and then forgotten the majority of what you had learnt within weeks? Putting into practice something that you have learnt can often be difficult, particularly when it is First aid.

We do not use other candidates as casualties, or rely on videos! All participants gain practice as realistic accident scenarios are recreated with trained casualties, which forms a large part of each course.

I can get this course cheaper, what am I paying for?

• You get two trainers per course.

• Never more than 12 persons on your course.

• Clean and Safe Venues

• The manual is not ‘extra’ and is fully printed and published not handouts

• Your certificate is sent the day your payment is received

• You can choose your trainer on our First aid courses

• You get the services of a trained counsellor, should you need it

• You get a recall 3 months prior to certificate expiry

Why aren’t you more expensive?

We believe a competitive price is a fair price.  We haven’t lost funding and so don’t need to make up the difference, if you can get funding you keep the money

What is an acting/reacting casualty?

In our case, this is one of our training staff, who has learnt to apply realistic make-up (not those ones from the Halloween shop) and re-create an accident.  You then practise your skills as a first aider.  Then the casualty gives you an informative and constructive feedback on their treatment, whilst also giving you helpful advice as to improvements in your skills in casualty care

I know you can also source training for me, do you add on to the trainer's fees when you are using outsourced training?

The trainers we use, are of the quality you have come to expect from your Training Ventures trainers and they have agreed to send their customers to us when they need any First Aid or Health and Safety training.  You, as the customer could go elsewhere for your training, including our outsourced trainers. However, it is easier for you to go to one company, with one invoice to deal with and one dedicated sales person.

If you are so good, why have I not heard of you and why are you not all over the country?

• We are available all over the country, as we can run our courses on-site at your place.

• We have kept deliberately small, in order to ensure that the quality stays the same wherever you are.

How do I know, that you are not just trying to sell me as much as you can?

The sales team are all trainers! You will always be offered the best possible package of  training services, you chose how much you need.

How quickly can you organise a course?

In 24 hrs, we can have exchanged emails of confirmation and be on your doorstep delivering the next day.

How easy is to book training?

For first aid, you can email and be booked onto the next course instantly. For outsourced training we can have an answer back in 24-48 working hrs.

When can you train?
